ABOUT ME
I help education and not-for-profit organisations to communicate with their audiences and tell their stories.
COMMUNICATIONS PROFESSIONAL
I have run busy press offices and set up media relations activities from scratch, run high impact awareness campaigns, managed a rebrand, managed communications for the launch of a new quango, completed a major restructuring of communications at a university and helped numerous organisations develop a stronger profile.
TRAINER
My early career was spent as a lecturer in a further education college which gives me a real insight into the FE sector. I have used this experience to run in-house training in communications strategy and writing. I work as an independent consultant specialising in strategic advice, storytelling, writing and media relations for organisations in the education and not-for-profit sectors.
